COUNSELING SERVICES

A space for your own deeper work.

Individual counseling with Natasha Glass, MA, LPC, for adult women seeking a thoughtful space to explore emotional patterns, trauma responses, relationships, boundaries, and the experiences shaping how they move through the world.

Counseling offers space to move beyond simply understanding what has happened toward exploring how those experiences may continue to live emotionally, relationally, and within everyday life.

WHO I WORK WITH

You may understand what happened.

And still feel its impact.

Counseling can offer space to explore the patterns, emotions, relationships, and experiences that continue to shape your life, even when you already understand where they came from.

I work with adult women who are seeking deeper awareness of themselves, their relationships, and the ways past and present experiences influence how they feel, respond, connect, and make decisions.

01

TRAUMA & EMOTIONAL PATTERNS

Exploring triggers, emotional responses, survival patterns, and past experiences that may continue to influence the present.

02

RELATIONSHIPS & BOUNDARIES

Examining relationship patterns, family dynamics, boundaries, and the ways you have learned to protect, accommodate, or disconnect.

03

SELF-CONNECTION & IDENTITY

Developing a deeper relationship with your emotions, needs, values, desires, and evolving sense of self.

04

LIFE TRANSITIONS & PERSONAL GROWTH

Making space for change, uncertainty, difficult decisions, and the process of becoming.

MY APPROACH

Understanding is part of the work.

Experiencing can take us deeper.

My approach to counseling is reflective, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe insight can be powerful, but understanding why something happens does not always change how it feels.

Our work creates space to slow down and notice what may be happening beneath the explanation: emotions, patterns, relationships, memories, meanings, and parts of your story that may still influence the present.

Counseling is not about me deciding what your life should look like. You remain the expert on your experiences, values, relationships, and choices. My role is to help create space for exploration, greater awareness, emotional processing, and meaningful change.

PERSON-CENTERED
Your experiences, values, and goals remain at the center of our work. Therapy is collaborative, with space for you to explore what feels meaningful without being told who you should become.

NARRATIVE
The stories we carry about ourselves can shape what we believe is possible. We may examine stories formed through relationships, culture, family, and experience while creating space for you to author meanings that more fully reflect who you are.

TRAUMA-INFORMED
We consider how past and present experiences may shape emotional responses, relationships, beliefs, and patterns while honoring the ways you have learned to survive and adapt.

REFLECTIVE JOURNALING
Journaling may be used between or within sessions to explore emotions, patterns, questions, and experiences that benefit from more time and space than conversation alone can provide.

JUNGIAN & DEPTH-ORIENTED
We may look beneath the surface to explore recurring patterns, unconscious material, symbolism, meaning, and parts of yourself that may be asking to be understood more deeply.

SOLUTION-FOCUSED
At times, our work may focus on identifying strengths, resources, possibilities, and practical steps toward the changes you want to make. This approach can help us build on what is already working while exploring what may help you move forward.
