NATASHA GLASS INSTITUTE
Opening consciousness.
Transforming care.
A space for deeper awareness, meaningful learning, and transformative care.
Natasha Glass Institute creates spaces for deeper awareness, reflection, and meaningful change. Our work brings together professional education and counseling while honoring the emotional, relational, cultural, and unconscious experiences that shape how we understand ourselves and others.
Through trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches, the Institute invites people to look beyond what is immediately visible and explore what may be happening beneath the surface.
Education That Goes Beneath the Surface
Natasha Glass Institute creates learning experiences that move beyond information alone. Our education invites helping professionals to examine the emotions, assumptions, cultural influences, and unconscious patterns that shape how we understand and respond to the people we serve. Through trauma-informed and culturally responsive education, we create space for deeper awareness, thoughtful reflection, and meaningful change in practice.
OUR APPROACH
Awareness changes the way we practice.

LOOK DEEPER
Examine the emotions, assumptions, patterns, and contextual influences that may be operating beneath the surface.
02
REFLECT WITH INTENTION

At Natasha Glass Institute, education begins with curiosity. We invite professionals to look beyond what is immediately visible and explore the emotional, cultural, relational, and unconscious influences that shape the way we understand and respond to others.
Our approach integrates trauma-informed principles, cultural responsiveness, reflective practice, and clinically relevant education to help professionals deepen awareness and translate insight into more intentional care.

Natasha Glass is a Licensed Professional Counselor, educator, and learning and development professional whose work centers on the deeper emotional, relational, and cultural dimensions of care.
With nearly two decades of experience across behavioral health, healthcare, and professional education, Natasha brings a perspective shaped by both clinical practice and adult learning. Her work explores what happens beneath the surface of professional knowledge, including the assumptions, emotional responses, cultural influences, and unconscious patterns that can shape how we understand and serve others.
She founded Natasha Glass Institute to create educational experiences that invite professionals to move beyond knowing concepts toward developing greater awareness of themselves, their clients, and the systems in which care occurs.
